What are Leadership Coaching Days?
Leadership coaching days are a service held inside the retail store with anyone from the retail store team to the District Manager. During these days, we work side by side looking at areas the business wants to focus on (usually this is sales improvement or processes to optimise the efficiency of staff).
During the day, your coach will ask questions to the person(s) to understand their way of working and navigate that with new strategies and/or mindset work to transform behaviors and habits. Retailers all want change and growth but until the person starts to think differently, nothing changes. This is what we help them to do - think differently, so your teams can act differently, applying new learnings.

Your regional and area leaders are often busy in task mode: checking your stores are correctly set-up and operationally running smoothly.

In order for new habits to be formed, we recommend a coaching pack starting with a 3 month commitment, which typically involves bi-weekly coaching both online and in-person. We have found these to be most impactful.
